About Union
Afghanistan National Saffron Union is a national-social organization composed of associations, companies and honorary members, with independent statutes, from all provinces of the country. The union was registered in Justice Ministry of Afghanistan in 2012. This union was established in order to make solidarity in activities of saffron farmers, associations and companies (producing, processing and packaging companies) and to encourage farmers to use new technological methods. The central office is located in Herat.
